A word of warning about MAPQUEST and other online services - our road crosses over a creek and people will often find themselves trapped on the wrong side of Tom's Creek, as the online directions services cannot seem to understand that there is NO BRIDGE! You're best to follow our directions as listed below:

We are located approximately 5 miles EAST of Emmitsburg, Maryland, home of Mount Saint Mary's University.
From the NORTH: SOUTH on Route 15 to Route 140, heading EAST about 2 miles. RIGHT turn onto Toms Creek Church Road about 1.5 miles, then LEFT onto Simmons Road, and an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Sixes Road. Straight on Sixes about 1.5 miles, CROSSING OVER Keysville Road, to the end of Sixes Road. Dern Road is on the RIGHT, and we are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From the SOUTH: NORTH on Route 15 to Route 140, heading EAST about 2 miles. RIGHT turn onto Toms Creek Church Road about 1.5 miles, then LEFT onto Simmons Road, and an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Sixes Road. Straight on Sixes about 1.5 miles, CROSSING OVER Keysville Road, to the end of Sixes Road. Dern Road is on the RIGHT, and we are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From the WEST: Route 70 to Route 15 North. Head NORTH on Route 15 to Route 140, heading EAST about 2 miles. RIGHT turn onto Toms Creek Church Road about 1.5 miles, then LEFT onto Simmons Road, and an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Sixes Road. Straight on Sixes about 1.5 miles, CROSSING OVER Keysville Road, to the end of Sixes Road. Dern Road is on the RIGHT, and we are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From the EAST: Head WEST on 70 to Route 15 NORTH. Head NORTH on Route 15 to Route 140, heading EAST about 2 miles. From points East & West of Emmitsburg: Take Route 140 to Toms Creek Church Road (about 2 miles EAST of town). RIGHT turn onto Toms Creek Church Road about 1.5 miles, then LEFT onto Simmons Road, and an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Sixes Road. Straight on Sixes about 1.5 miles, CROSSING OVER Keysville Road, to the end of Sixes Road. Dern Road is on the RIGHT, and we are at the end of the cul-de-sac.
